子どもはスポンジのようになんでも吸収していきます。
『オープン プラン』では、そんな大切な幼児期に子どもたちが様々な経験ができるようカリキュラムを作り、教えるのではなく遊びから“感じて学べる”保育作りを徹底しております。そして、子どもの自主性を大切にし、『やりたい』気持ちから『できた』ことへの“達成感”や“自信”へとつなげていきます。

なんでも吸収するからこそ、子どもは天才なのです。

また、クラスや学年の枠を超え、心の壁を取り除いたオープンな環境で縦割りの活動を展開し、様々な人や自然と“つながり”合い、お互いが刺激し憧れや思いやりの気持ちを育てていきます。

All children are brilliant. They soak up things like a sponge. The kindergarten years are such an important period for children. With this in mind, the Open Plan does not simply teach, but creates a curriculum where children can experience a wide variety things and feel & learn through play. With a well-rounded approach, we value each child’s individuality and independence. We nurture the children to have the confidence to try and to feel the sense of accomplishment when they succeed.
With an open atmosphere, we provide activities across all three age groups, removing all walls. Through these activities, the children can interact with a wide variety of people, thus enriching their lives.
