Course Name Child fostering care (Extended child care) 【Panda Course】
Eligible Children

Children of 3 – 5 years old
Place Katoh Kindergarten, Nursing Room
Contents Free activities (support children’s independent activities・
　 a nap・snack)
Available Dates Mondays～Fridays of the regular school days (No Saturdays・Sundays・National Holidays available) Approximately 220 days/year in total (175 regular schooldays and 45 days during long vacations.)
＊ The course is subject to cancellation due to school events.
Available Time Regular School Day:
　 After school･･･2:30PM～6:00PM
Half Day:
　 Parents conference week etc.･･･11:30AM～6:00PM
Shortened Day:
　 Shortened Schedule･･･1:30PM～6:00PM
During Vacations:
　 Summer/Winter/Spring･･･8:30AM～6:00PM
Size 30～35 children
Teachers 2 teachers who hold certificates in child-care or kindergarten teaching
Emergency Response Procedure External injury ･･･ The child will be immediately taken to Nishikata Surgical Hospital.
Medical illness ･･･ The staff will contact his/her parents for pick-up.
The Type of Contract

【Fixed Term Contract】
In principal, the contract will be arranged each month. Applicants need to fill in the “Fixed Term Application Form” and submit it to the Front Office by 20th of each month. People who have a contract in the previous month need to inform their intent to continue the contract.

【Hourly Contract】
After the deadline of the fixed term contract (20th of each month), please submit “Panda Application Form” or contact by telephone. Applications will be accepted until positions are filled. Please be aware that the application will not be accepted in the case of there being no vacancy.

Fee and How to Pay

Fixed Term Contract ･･･ The fixed fee will be collected at the beginning of month. Hourly Contract ･･･ At picking-up time, the ticket purchased beforehand will be collected by Panda staff.
・ 1 hour ･･･ 200yen (per hour)
・ Snack ･･･ 30yen/day (Afternoon・Half-day care) 　　　　　　 　～ 60yen/day (One-day care)
＊There are 2 kinds of tickets (child-care and snack).
Please purchase them at the front office. The purchased tickets are non-refundable. Please purchase the necessary number of tickets.
