  時代の先駆者として21世紀に健やかに生きる。そんな可能性に満ちた素晴らしい子どもたちを、大きく、そしてたくましく育てるべく、私たち加藤学園幼稚園では幼児の発達に合わせた環境のもと、日々子どもたちから学びながらお子さまの無限の可能性を伸ばしています。近い将来の社会では、国際語としての英語が不可欠になります。私たちは時代の潮流を見極め、将来の活躍を期待した早期英語教育の充実など、特色ある教育内容の充実を図るとともに、徳育・知育・体力とバランスのとれた人間形成をめざして、皆さまのお子さまのよりよい保育にあたっていきます。
At Katoh Kindergarten we are committed to nurturing each child to their fullest potential based on their individual needs knowing they will become the pioneers of our future. In all of our activities with children our aim is to nurture their physical, mental, and emotional development. Furthermore, we understand the importance of English as the “International Language” of the world thus our school prepares children by providing an enriched English language program. We offer the best child-care possible so that every child may grow morally, intellectually, and physically.

沿革

History of Katoh Kindergarten

1967 昭和42年
  • 沼津女子高等学校付属幼稚園として設立
  • 初代園長に加藤ふぢ就任
  • 沼津言語教育研究所創立
  • Numazu Josi Koto Gakko Affiliated Kindergarten established.
  • Mrs. Fuji Katoh inagurated as the first director.
  • Numazu Institue of Language Education founded.
1969 昭和44年
  • 幼稚園に供設されていた言語教育研究所内にジュニア・イングリッシュ・スクール(JES)を開設
  • Junior English School (JES) established in the Institute of Language Education.
1971 昭和46年
  • 沼津女子高等学校付属幼稚園から加藤学園幼稚園へ改称
  • こばとニュース創刊
  • Renamed Katoh Kindergarten.
  • The first Kobato Newsletter issued.
1972 昭和47年
  • 加藤ふぢ逝去につき、加藤正秀 第2代園長に就任
  • 創立5周年記念式典挙行
  • 第1回加藤学園授業公開・オープンプラン研修会
  • Mrs. Fuji Kath passed away. Dr. Masahide Katoh inaugurated as the second doctor.
  • The 5th anniversary ceremony of the foundation conducted.
  • The 1st Katoh Gakuen Open Class & Open Plan Workshop.

  • アメリカンスクールとの交歓開始
  • Exchange with American schools started.

  • 創立15周年記念式典挙行　歌碑序幕
  • The 15th anniversary ceremony of the foundation conducted.
    The school song monument completed.
1983 昭和58年
  • 小学校教育につなげる保育過程研究強化
  • The original curriculum leading to elementary education developed.
1984 昭和59年
  • 家庭教育学級開始　研究テーマ「絵画教育のあり方」
  • Home education class started. Reserch theme: "The function of painting in education."
1985 昭和60年
  • 「優良安全運転事業所」として表彰される
  • Recognized as "a safe driving institution."
1987 昭和62年
  • 創立20周年記念式典挙行
  • The 20th anniversary ceremony of the foundation conducted.
1989 平成元年
  • コンピュータ教育開始
  • Computer education started.
1991 平成3年
  • 創立25周年記念式典挙行
  • はごろも教育奨励賞・学校賞受賞

  • 英語イマージョン教育スタート
